About Me
I am a passionate and dedicated communications professional with over 12 years’ experience in PR, marketing, events, social media and content creation, mainly in the children's publishing industry.

I worked in-house for 8 years at Usborne Publishing, the UK's most successful independent children's publisher, where I led integrated trade, consumer and digital press campaigns across the pre-school brands including That's Not My... as well as stand-out campaigns for authors including Holly Bourne, Lara Williamson, Peter Bunzl, and Ann M Martin. I managed all promotional events and festivals, and led activity and partnerships with organisations such as The Reading Agency, Amnesty International UK, Rethink Mental Health and The BBC Young Writers' Award.

In 2017, I moved to Sydney Australia where I lived for nearly 2 years. During this time I worked for Hachette Australia as their Children's and YA Marketing and PR Manager, honing my marketing experience across big brands including Enid Blyton, Asterix and How to Train Your Dragon. I also led local strategy and big media and marketing campaigns for Jessica Townsend, Shaun Tan, Juno Dawson, Leigh Bardugo, Matthew Syed and Cressida Cowell.

Most recently I've worked on freelance projects with Usborne Publishing, Guppy Books, Walker Books, Bonnier, and Discover Children's Story Centre.

I am passionate about ideas, media, the arts and entertainment.
